Acosta Tech3: No Fracture, Re-evaluated in Thailand
Acosta Tech3's Augusto Fernandez was a bit shaken after a big crash in the first qualifying session of the Thai MotoGP, but thankfully, a trip to the hospital revealed no fracture!
The Spaniard took a tumble at Turn 12, leaving him pretty sore and causing some initial concern. Luckily, after a visit to the Buriram Hospital, the diagnosis was good news: no fracture!
However, it wasn't a clean bill of health just yet. The doctors decided to hold Fernandez for further evaluation, leaving him unable to participate in the second qualifying session. Ouch! That's gotta be frustrating, especially after a crash like that.
Fernandez, known for his grit and determination, will undergo a full assessment before the race. Hopefully, he'll be ready to rumble on Sunday.
This setback, though, has definitely thrown a wrench into the Acosta Tech3 team's plans. Fernandez's teammate, the young and talented Max Biaggi, will have to pull his weight even more to get the team on the podium.
The second qualifying session was a nail-biter, with the top spots being decided in the final moments. We're all keeping our fingers crossed for Augusto Fernandez, hoping he'll be back on the track soon. Let's keep those good vibes flowing!
