India vs. New Zealand 2nd Test: A Nervous Start in Delhi
The second Test between India and New Zealand started with a bang, or rather, a thud. The Kiwis, looking to bounce back after a disappointing loss in the first Test, got off to a strong start, sending India's top-order batsman Rohit Sharma back to the pavilion early.
India at 16/1:
At the time of writing this, India is 16/1, with KL Rahul and Cheteshwar Pujara at the crease. It's a nervy start for the home team, especially with Virat Kohli and Shreyas Iyer yet to come out to bat.
Can India recover?
The early wicket will undoubtedly put pressure on India, but the home team has a strong batting lineup. Rahul and Pujara need to build a solid partnership and give the Indian fans some breathing room.
It's still early days in the match, and there's plenty of cricket to be played. Will India be able to recover from this shaky start and put on a big score, or will New Zealand maintain their momentum?
Stay tuned to find out.
