Let's face it, the hype surrounding Kanguva was real. We were all ready for a visual spectacle, a story that transported us back in time, and a performance from Vijay Sethupathi that would leave us speechless. And in some ways, the movie delivered. But, man, the pacing was so off.

The movie's plot is an intriguing one. We're thrown into a world of ancient warriors, battles, and political intrigue, with a dash of fantasy thrown in. The idea of a "Kanguva" warrior protecting his people against a powerful and dangerous enemy had us hooked right from the start.
