The Matildas' new World Cup cycle started with a bang, or at least a little thud! The Aussies drew 1-1 against the Czech Republic in their first game of the Cup of Nations. While a win would have been sweet, it was a good performance overall, and honestly, there's plenty to be hyped about.

First Half Jitters, Second Half Fury

The first half was a bit rough. The Czech Republic's attack was fierce, and the Matildas looked a bit rusty at times.
