Murray Out: Pelicans Drop Season Opener in Heartbreaker

**The New Orleans Pelicans' season got off to a rough start with a gut-wrenching loss to the Dallas Mavericks in their season opener. The Pelicans, without star point guard ** Ja Morant, were hoping for a strong start to the season, but they were ultimately overwhelmed by the Mavericks' firepower.

The Pelicans were missing key players like Zion Williamson, who is still recovering from a foot injury, and Brandon Ingram, who is dealing with a knee injury. This put a lot of pressure on the other players to step up, and for the most part, they didn't disappoint. The Pelicans played with a ton of heart and fought hard all night long.
