Missing Home, Loving the Sea

He missed his family, his friends, and his dog, Sparky. He missed the familiar smells of home, the sound of his mom's laugh, and the comfort of his own bed. Finding Balance

Coming home was hard. He was changed. He felt like a stranger in his own home. He had a hard time adjusting to civilian life, and the feeling of constant movement while he was serving was tough to break. But his family was there for him, and he eventually found his footing.

He even bought a small boat and began taking it out on the lake. He found a way to combine his two loves, and he's never looked back.
