Sunderland Squeeze Past Oxford in a Tight First Half
It wasn't pretty, but Sunderland got the job done in the first half against Oxford. The Black Cats went into the break with a 1-0 lead thanks to a scrappy goal from [Player Name], but they didn't exactly dominate the game.
