Man Utd Player Ratings: A Hard-Fought Victory at Everton

So, the lads grinded out a win against Everton. Not pretty, but a win's a win, right? Let's dive into the individual player ratings from that hard-fought victory at Goodison Park. It wasn't the most exhilarating performance, but three points are three points.

Goalkeepers:

David de Gea (7/10): Dave was solid as ever. Made a couple of crucial saves that kept the score respectable. A reliable presence in goal, as always. He's been a rock for us for years.

Defenders:

Diogo Dalot (6.5/10): A decent performance from Dalot down the right. Didn't offer much going forward, but defensively, he was pretty solid. Could have been more ambitious going forward though.

Raphael Varane (7/10): Varane was immense. Commanded the defense with his usual authority. A calming influence and a true leader. Absolutely bossing it at the back.

Lisandro Martínez (7.5/10): The little fella was everywhere! Won every challenge, tackled with aggression, and made some crucial interceptions. A real warrior. He’s become a fan favourite.

Luke Shaw (6/10): Shaw had a slightly quieter game than usual. Did his job defensively but wasn't as influential going forward. A bit of a mixed bag.

Midfielders:

Casemiro (8/10): The man, the myth, the legend. Casemiro controlled the midfield, as he always does. His defensive work rate was top-notch and he was always looking to play those killer passes. Absolutely superb, again.

Christian Eriksen (7/10): Eriksen dictated the tempo of the game really well, and his passing was on point. A classy performance as usual, and he’s vital to our rhythm.

Bruno Fernandes (6.5/10): Bruno had a bit of a frustrating game, to be honest. He tried his best, but his shots were off the mark, and his creative spark was missing. He needs to channel his energy better.

Forwards:

Marcus Rashford (8/10): What a performance from Rashford! He bagged the winning goal and was a constant threat throughout the game. His pace and directness caused Everton all sorts of problems. Top performer!

Anthony Martial (6/10): Martial worked hard but lacked that final bit of quality in the final third. He needs to sharpen up his finishing. Needs to be more ruthless.

Alejandro Garnacho (7/10): Garnacho's energy and flair off the bench injected some life into the team's attack. He's a fantastic prospect for the future. His talent is undeniable.

Substitutes:

Other substitutes: The changes made minimal impact, honestly. Didn't change the game drastically. A few came on, but it’s hard to give them specific ratings as they didn't get enough minutes.

Overall:
