Let's face it, folks, "Venom: Last Dance" wasn't the sequel we were all hoping for. Despite Tom Hardy's killer performance as Eddie Brock, the movie just didn't quite hit the mark.

What Went Wrong?

Sure, the action sequences were pretty awesome. I mean, come on, it's Venom! But the plot felt kind of… blah. Like, it was predictable and didn't really offer anything new to the franchise. The writing could have been tighter, too. I felt like I was waiting for something to happen for a good chunk of the movie.
