Venom: Last Dance Review - Disappointing Finale
Hold onto your symbiotes, folks, because Venom: Last Dance is a letdown. This final chapter in the Venom saga doesn't quite live up to the hype, leaving fans feeling like they just got a mouthful of...well, you know.
From the start, this movie felt like a cash grab, with a plot that felt more like a rehash of previous Venom movies than an exciting conclusion. The story's all over the place, jumping from one nonsensical action sequence to another, with little to no character development. It's like they just threw a bunch of ideas at the wall and hoped something stuck.
Let's talk about the villain, shall we? The "Last Dance" antagonist is a bit of a dud. They're not particularly intimidating, their motivation is unclear, and their plan is, well, let's just say it's not exactly a masterstroke of evil.
While the fight scenes are pretty good, they feel like they're just there to fill in the gaps between scenes that don't make much sense. The chemistry between Eddie Brock and Venom is still fun, but it's not enough to save the movie. And what's up with the whole symbiote bonding thing? It's a bit of a plot hole that they never really address.
If you're a hardcore Venom fan, you might enjoy the ride, but for everyone else, I'd recommend skipping this one and waiting for the next superhero flick. Let's just say, I wouldn't recommend this movie to my worst enemy.
