WNBA Finals Game 5: Liberty Kumpleto, OT!
The New York Liberty were down 2-0 in the WNBA Finals, and honestly, things looked pretty grim. Everyone thought the Aces were gonna run away with it, but the Liberty had other plans! Game 5 was a wild ride, going down to the wire and into overtime.
It was a nail-biter from the start. Both teams played with fire, trading baskets like crazy. The Aces, led by A'ja Wilson, were on fire, but the Liberty were hanging in there thanks to Sabrina Ionescu's insane play.
A Tight Game:
The score was super close the whole game, and it came down to the final seconds. The Liberty had a chance to win it in regulation, but they missed a couple of shots. The Aces had a chance to win it too, but their shot didn't fall. This meant overtime!
OT Drama:
Overtime was pure chaos. Both teams were dead tired, but they were giving it their all. The Aces were leading, but the Liberty kept fighting back. It was like a rollercoaster ride, with the lead changing hands multiple times.
In the end, the Liberty pulled it off, winning the game in overtime. Ionescu was absolutely amazing, scoring a game-high 33 points. Breanna Stewart also had a great game, scoring 28 points.

The Liberty are now down 3-2 in the series, but they're still alive. They're showing everyone that they're not going down without a fight. Game 6 is gonna be a huge game, and the Liberty need to win to force a Game 7.
